SUGGESTED USE
4 drops in any beverage, as desired throughout the day. Do not take more than 1 essence blend in the same beverage or at the same time. Dosage is the same for pets and people of all ages, species, and sizes. “4 drops” means drops—not droppers full. These are not tinctures.
Many people prefer more frequent sips at first for steady support. If your experience feels a bit intense, simply reduce how often you dose or pause briefly.
USAGE TIPS
1) It doesn't have to be plain water. Water is key, the energetic vibes from the essence will transfer to all of the water you add it—any beverage will work (they all have water in them). For pets, add to their water bowl or wet food.
2) Dose in advance. You can dose a 64 oz. water jug with four drops of essences and sip from that over time or add the drops to your morning coffee cup. Container size doesn’t matter; it’s still 4 drops. If others share the jug, make sure they aren’t taking their own essences or have objections to taking yours. Only take one blend at a time. Each sip is a dose.
3) Essences are frequency - they work best when you take them frequently. Taking them consistently helps you notice subtle shifts. More entrenched patterns will typically take longer to shift.
4) For those who would rather not ingest essences, no problem, essences can be used externally as well. But remember essences are not the same as essential oils or tinctures and this method may not be as effective as our recommended dosing in a beverage. Essences can be dabbed on pulse points, acupuncture sites, places of tension or injury on the body. If you are wanting to avoid the alcohol that is used as a preservative in essences, external use is a good option. You just have to remember to reapply frequently.

If you have a bottle with our old label on it, the directions say to take 4 drops 4 times a day. Remember though, that essences are a frequency or vibrationally based product, you're not trying to get a certain milligrams of an herbal preparation, so no, 4 drops 4 times a day does not mean 16 drops at once. It actually doesn't mean the ultimate goal is 16 drops in a day, just that you need to be getting it into your system multiple times throughout the day. Our recommended dosage hasn't changed, we've just updated the language to better reflect what we were trying to communicate all along.
