How to Use Essences

The bottle says to take 4 drops 4 times a day. Remember though, that essences are a frequency or vibrationally based product, you're not trying to get a certain milligrams of an herbal preparation, so no, 4 drops 4 times a day does not mean 16 drops at once. It actually doesn't mean the ultimate goal is 16 drops in a day, just that you need to be getting it into your system multiple times throughout the day.

Our new bottle labels we are releasing soon make things clearer saying "4 individual drops in any drink as desired throughout the day". That's really the dosage we want you following.

4 drops means drops. If we meant droppers full we would say droppers full. These are not tinctures

Most of the time, we want things to work fast, so more times a day would be better, especially in the first few days. Sometimes though, the realizations come too fast and are a bit tough to face. In those rare cases, cutting back can be helpful. Here are a few tips to help you use your essences frequently.

  1. It doesn't have to be water. Water is key, the energetic vibes from the essence will transfer to all of the water you add it to. (Remember your body is 70% water.) You have to have water to be a carrier. I do drink water, but there is also water in tea, water in coffee, water in beer, etc. Put a few drops in whatever you've got. Personally, how I use essences is to add 4 drops to all my drinks. This may mean I have a 64 oz. water jug with four drops of essences or it may mean a little cup of tea with 4 drops in it. Every time I take a sip, that is one dose.
  2. Add drops any time you refill your drink (or water bowl for pets). If you sip from the same water bottle all day and only refill it once, that's fine.

  3. Dose all your drinks in advance. If you make a jug of tea, put your essences in there when you make it, then you won't have to worry about it later. It won't hurt anybody else if they have some, unless they are on their own essence program. Only take one blend at a time.

  4. For those who would rather not ingest essences, no problem, essences can be used externally as well. But remember essences are not the same as essential oils. Essences can be dabbed on pulse points, acupuncture sites, places of tension or injury on the body. They can be added to bath water, or shaken up in the shampoo or liquid soap bottle. But keep in mind we recommend taking only one blend at a time, so don't add it to a large bottle of something.  If you are wanting to avoid the alcohol that is used as a preservative in essences, external use is a good option. You just have to remember to reapply frequently.

Once you've gotten the basics down of how to use essences you can dial in your personal dosing strategy on when and how to scale your dosage up or down.

And yes, all this information is the same for people and pets of all ages, weights, and species. It's the same dosage for adult and children, same dosage for a cat, dog, horse, bird, whatever other exception you want to ask about.

Seneca

Founder of Freedom Flowers, Seneca has a strong understanding of frequencies found in nature and how they bring healing to the spiritual, emotional and thus, the physical body. She understands that humanity often shuts down in defense of pain or violation, and she knows what to offer to “unlock” areas that have become dormant over time. Seneca has a burning desire to bring healing to our issues in a gentle and natural way.
