Herxing? Maybe.

Some people do and some people (like me) never notice any negative effects. You might want to start it on a weekend so you can gauge how it’s going to go for you. You may also want a binder on hand in case you need it. Again, indiscriminate binder use is something I’m not a fan of and it can in some cases impede a detox. Binders when you’re feeling bad? Yes, do it. Binders just because everybody in your health groups are obsessed with them? No.

If you do not know what herximer reactions are you have no business doing ANY cleanse until you learn about this. Go here.

If you don’t know what a binder is, don’t know which one to use, don’t know why you would be cautious about them, please read here before blowing up our inbox.

It’s fine to be proactive and cautious, but please don’t have the expectation that it’s going to be this big horrendous thing, because that simply does not have to be true for you.

Seeing actual worms? Maybe.

You might see Ascaris or Strongyloides species, maybe flukes if you’re really paying attention, but most of us are not going through our poop with fine tooth combs, (unfriend me now!) and most parasite species are microscopic. Just because they are little doesn’t mean they don’t cause big problems. Not seeing “proof” in the toilet doesn’t mean it’s not working.

We know that in our Facebook group, product reviews, and ad comments, people are posting some high drama stuff, but their experiences do not automatically apply to you. Just to remind you, everyBODY is different. It’s good to read the range of what can happen, but people generally don’t post ho hum stories of routine cleanses and you need to know those exist.

Remember, the whole point is not detox reactions and worms in the toilet, we’re after digestive system improvements, brain/mood improvements, more energy, and overall well-being. Happy cleansing!

A note of caution: Parasite Assassin is not for children under 2, and detox pathways should be open and supported before starting any cleanse.

About the Author Seneca

Founder of Freedom Flowers, Seneca has a strong understanding of frequencies found in nature and how they bring healing to the spiritual, emotional and thus, the physical body. She understands that humanity often shuts down in defense of pain or violation, and she knows what to offer to “unlock” areas that have become dormant over time. Seneca has a burning desire to bring healing to our issues in a gentle and natural way.
